Objective:33patients diagnosed with acute on chronic HBV-related liver failure inhospitalized patients Integrative Medicine Clinical Research to explore the clinical efficacyof integrative medicine treatment of HBV-related acute on chronic liver failure. Methods:All patients were treated with combination therapy measures, namely Western medicinewith traditional Chinese medicine therapy plus oral and colonic administration, treatmentfor8weeks, were statistically analyzed relevant indicators and mortality before and aftertreatment. Results:33cases of acute on chronic HBV-related liver failure in hospitalizedpatients with total effective rate was63.6%, mortality was15.2%higher than in the lateearly mortality in patients with hepatic encephalopathy, hepatorenal syndrome, uppergastrointestinal bleeding poor prognosis. Improve who heads jaundice, fatigue, anorexia, abdominal distension (large) effect than improving bleeding (epistaxis, teeth bleed, muscle bleed) a significant effect, in which fatigue, anorexia improve the most obviouseffect; TCM syndromes total effective rate84.8%. Lower total bilirubin (TBIL), elevatedprothrombin activity (PTA), reducing ET, increased urine output significantly differentaspects, and a statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The combined therapy inWestern medicine based on the use of combined oral mode of administration and treatmentof colon acute on chronic HBV-related liver failure can achieve better clinical efficacy, through multi-target effects and adjustment, repair liver tissue damage, improve liverfunction, jaundice promote and improve complications, reduce patient mortality.
