| Objective: Through the clinical observation,the objective to evaluate the clinicalefficacy of tripterygium glycosides tablet combined with Shenyankangfu Tablet in thetreatment of mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis,and to explore its possiblemechanism,in order to guide the clinical application.Methods:82patients selected with mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis (spleenand kidney yin deficiency syndrome patients,two) advanced into the two week washoutperiod,eluting the subjects according to the order of treatment to the ratio of1:1wererandomly divided into experimental group and control group with40cases in eachgroup,test group taking Leigong vine multi glycoside tablets plus Shenyankangfu Tablet(tripterygium glycosides table, specification:10mg/tablets,3times a day,4tablets eachtime,oral, first orally for one month,half a month after the stop, each take half a month,halfa month; Shenyankangfu Tablet,specification:0.48g/tablets,3times, take5tablets daily,orally). The control group was given Tripterygium wilfordii polyglycoside (tripterygiumglycosides tablet, specification:10mg/tablets,3times a day,4tablets each time,oral, firstorally for one month,half a month after the stop,each take half a month,half a month).Treatment for12weeks,observed before and after treatment in two groups of24hoururinary protein quantitative, renal function, blood lipid, plasma albumin (ALB), changes inthe number of red blood cells in urine,efficacy,symptom of TCM symptoms, the totalclinical efficacy of the total effect.Results: After12weeks of treatment, total effective rate in the treatment group thanthe control group in clinical remission rate. Among them,24h urinary protein quantitativetest group decreased significantly after treatment (P<0.01),control24proteinuria group also decreased after treatment (P<0.05)，experimental group after treatment comparedwith the control group decreased significantly (P<0.01), indicating that the test group canobviously reduce urinary protein,its effect was better than the control group. Before andafter the test group were treated had no significant difference (P>0.05); the control groupbefore and after treatment, BUNand no obviously (P>0.05),and the two groups before andafter the kidney functional treatment were within the normal range,comparable.The testgroup patients were lower (P<0.01)also decreased (P<0.05),increased (P<0.05); the controlgroup of patients with LDL were lower (P<0.05),and TG no significant decrease (P>0.05)，HDL did not increased significantly (P>0.05),there was no significant difference betweenthe. Blood CHO was significantly decreased in experimental group compared with thecontrol group after treatment (P<0.01), a statistically significant decrease in LDL (P<0.05).Description of Tripterygium wilfordii combined shenyankangfupian group in Jiangzhisignificantly better than tripterygium glycosides tablet group. Plasma protein of test groupwere significantly increased (P<0.05), plasma protein group control increased obviously(P>0.05) has no statistical significance. Showed that in the experimental group,serumalbumin significantly better than the control group. Urine red blood cell count of testgroup,decreased significantly (P<0.05) control urine red blood cell count in patients alsodecreased (P<0.05). After treatment,the test group and control group had statisticalsignificance (P<0.05).Conclusion: Tripterygium glycosides tablet combined with Shenyankangfu Tablet notonly can improve the mesangial proliferative glomerulonephritis (spleen and kidney yindeficiency two) in patients with clinical symptoms,signs,also can reduce urinaryprotein,regulate blood lipids,serum albumin,reduce red blood cells in urine.
