The Research On The Treatment And Prescription Of Lung-kidney Vacuity Type Of Interstitial Pneumonia

Through animal experiment and clinical trial,we observed and explored the effect andthe mechanism of action of Pei Yuan Hua Xian Tang in the treatment of lung-kidneyvacuity type of Interstitial Pneumonia, hoping that this study could provide evidence forthe clinical diagnosis and treatment combining traditional Chinese medicine and westernmedicine of this type.As regards the part of animal experiment,we randomly divided40healthy SPF SDmale rats into five groups:blank control group (K),model group (M),traditional Chinesemedicine treatment group(Z),prednisone treatment group(J),traditional Chinese medicinecombined with prednisone treatment group (H).We applied bleomycin and adenine toestablish the model of lung-kidney vacuity type of Interstitial Pneumonia,and gavedifferent treatment options, then we observed the changes of general situation andpathological changes of lung tissue and kidney tissue,detected the expression ofIL-8,TGF-β1,TNF-α in the lung tissue by ELISA method,SOD,GSH in the Abdominalaortic serum by chemical fluorescence method,VEGF-mRNA in the lung tissue by RT-PCRmethod,and applied statistical methods to analyze data. With regards to the part of clinicaltrial,we selected60eligible patients,randomly divided them into two groups,andrespectively gave them western medicine treatment and traditional Chinese medicinecombined with Western medicine treatment for a month. We observed the changes ofsymptoms,signs and lung function of the patients,then applied statistical methods toanalyze.The results of animal experiment show Pei Yuan Hua Xian Tang can improveabove-mentioned measurements.Thus we speculate that Pei Yuan Hua Xian Tang may prevent and treat the pulmonary fibrosis through regulating the expression ofcytokines,enhancing the capacity of antioxidant,regulating vascular repair and formation,and reduceing inflammation.This study provides the basis for clinical medication. Theresults of clinical research show that Pei Yuan Hua Xian Tang combined with westernmedicine therapy can improve the patient’s symptoms,signs and lung function of lung-kidney vacuity type of Interstitial Pneumonia.This therapy has a certain advantagecompared to the simple application of western medicine.
