Objective: To observe the application of Huoxuetongmaitang combined Low MolecularWeight Heparin Sodium prevention of elderly hip fracture patients postoperative clinicalcurative effect of lower extremity DVT. To explore a better method to prevent DVT andmake it can in clinical application.Methods:58cases of elderly patients with hip fracture, were randomly divided intocontrol group and treatment group. Control group (western medicine group)29cases, thetreatment group (combine traditional Chinese and western medicine group)29cases. Thecontrol group given Low Molecular Weight Heparin Sodium Injection and physicalmethods such as conventional treatment; Based on regular treatment, the treatment groupused Huoxuetongmaitang oral, in the preparation before and after10D test plasma PT,APTT, FIB and level of D-Dimer content, diameter measuring body weeks, after10Dcolor doppler ultrasound examination for thrombosis, statistics the incidence of deepvenous thrombosis of lower limbs. All patients were performed by the same team, all thedata using SPSS17.0statistical software for statistical analysis,(P <0.05) with statisticalsignificance.Results: Compared with control group after treatment, the treatment group, PT, APTTprolonged, FIB and D-Dimer content is lower; Week body diameter change is moreobvious; The incidence of DVT in the control group17.24%, treatment group was6.89%,significant difference of two groups, bleeding complications did not occur.Conclusion: Through Huoxuetongmaitang combined Low Molecular Weight HeparinSodium to prevent postoperative deep vein thrombosis hip fracture is a safe and effective treatment method, worthy of clinical popularization and application.
