Objective:An one-by-one individualized comprehensive nursing intervention study on the community wascarried out through home visits for cardiovascular disease risk populations in order to improve thecognitive level of the population at risk for cardiovascular disease-related knowledge, and promote changetheir attitudes and behaviors related to health, slowing its arterial elasticity functional decline process forimproving bad habits, improve the quality of life of populations at risk, and provide the basis for reducingthe incidence of cardiovascular disease.Method: According to residents information of No.33community service centers and No.34communityservice centers in Shihezi City,50cases were selected in the No.33communities as the intervention group,and50cases were selected in the No.34communities as control group. The intervention group receivedhome visits once a month for a period of six months, and every home visits last about30~50min.Intervention measures included health education interventions of cardiovascular disease-related healthknowledge, medication compliance guidance, diet and exercise guidance, self-psychological adjustmentguide, regulate sleep guide, quit smoking guide, alcohol guidance, caregivers nursing and technicalguidance. The control group have nothing measures. After six months, Researcher evaluate the effect of theintervention through the form of questionnaire and blood pressure, blood glucose, cholesterol, augmentation index and other indicators of changing circumstances.Result:94subjects completed data collection procedure,47subjects in intervention group and47subjectsin control group. The results indicated that:1.After intervention, The intervention groups showed significantly improved results in the basis knowledgeof cardiovascular disease, dietary knowledge, sports knowledge and knowledge of the major risk factorscomparison(p<0.05),except conception of body mass index(x2=1.096,p=0.291).After the intervention, all observed index of the intervention group showed significant improvement using self-control method(p<0.05),while the control group didn’t show any significant improvement except knowledge that high-fatdiet can lead to cardiovascular disease(x2=12.881, p=0.001)and dyslipidemia can lead to cardiovasculardisease(x2=12.952, p=0.000).2.After intervention, the two groups were significant difference in the situation of health attitude(p<0.05).The intervention group showed significant improvement in the situation of health attitude using self-controlmethod(p<0.05), while the control group didn’t show any significant differences(p>0.05).3.After intervention, There were significant difference between the two groups before the comprehensivenursing intervention for cardiovascular disease in high-risk population in the situation of health behavior(p<0.05). The intervention group showed significant improvement in the situation of health behaviorcompared with the control group(p<0.05). The intervention group showed significant improvement usingself-control method, while the control group didn’t show any significant differences(p>0.05).4. After intervention, The metabolic indexes and the arterial elastic function in experimental better than thatof control group. except DBP showed no statistical significance,(p>0.05), diastolic blood pressure, pulse pressure, cholesterol, triglycerides, body mass index and augmentation index were statisticallysignificant(p <0.05).Conclusion:1. Comprehensive nursing intervention through home visits can improve the cognitive level ofthe population at risk, promote change of attitudes and behaviors related to health, and the effect ofinvention is obvious.2. Comprehensive nursing intervention can slow the process of arterial elasticitydysfunction, effectively reversing the process of arterial elasticity dysfunction, and provide the basis forreducing the incidence of cardiovascular disease.3. Families participate in the interventions in favor ofsuperving high risk group of cardiovascular disease and improving poor people live acts, in order to reducethe impact of cardiovascular disease risk factors.
