The Situation And Influence On Complication And Comorbidity Of Pregnant Women From A Certain Hospital In Changchun

Object:In recent years, the incidence rate of pregnancy complications shows thelong-term high level. Various of kinds of pregnancy complications can cause varyingdegrees of impact and make a serious threat to pregnant women and fetus. Throughinvestigate the occurrence and influencing factors of pregnancy complications in thehospital of Changchun City in two years, analyzing the influence of age, abortion,pregnancy termination and many other factors to the incidence rate of pregnancycomplications, this study provides scientific basis for clinical monitoring and healthcare in perinatal period.Method:Select the pregnant women who came the maternity hospital from January2012to December2013as the research object. According to the case of the inclusion andexclusion criteria, strict screening of the research object. Fill the questionnaire “Casesof Maternal questionnaire” by obstetrics and gynecology doctor strained and qualifiedafter training and qualification. The main contents of the questionnaire includesbasicsituation, previous pregnancy, childbirth, the situation of this delivery complic-ationsituation.Using the method of parallel double entry the data. Using SPSS13.0statistical software for statistical analysis on the dataResults:1.This study investigated a total of15176pregnant women,2696pregnantwomen were detected with pregnancycomplications,and the detection rate was17.76%. Among the pregnancycomplications detected, the detection rate ofhypertension, pregnancy anemia, hemorrhage, premature rupture of membranes andgestational diabetes was the highest, with the detection rate was43.03‰,28.73‰,26.03‰,23.99‰and13.11‰. The major cause of maternal hemorrhage was uterine inertia, placenta privia, placental abruption and the constituent ratio were34.18%,29.37%and12.66%.Maternal infection type,45.71%of pregnant womenwith respiratory system infection,10.48%of pregnant women with maternal puerperalinfection,5.71%pregnant women with maternal occur urinary,1.90%pregnantwomen with maternal uterine incision infection. In the constitute of hypertensivedisorder complicating pregnancy, the constituent ratio of preeclampsia,mildpreeclampsiaand gestational hypertension’s form is relatively high were33.23%,29.25%and28.94%.2. Maternal age, culture degree will influence on pregnancy complications,younger than19years old or older than35years, the degree of culture as theprimaryschool and the following maternal pregnancy complications higher detection rate ofthe. Marital status had no effect on pregnancy complications.3. Maternal abortion, parity and previous cesarean delivery times will influenceon pregnancy complications, abortion number more than2times, productionexperience,previous cesarean delivery times over1maternal pregnancycomplicationshigher detection rate.4. Times of prenatal examination,maternalthetermination of pregnancy,termination of pregnancyand fetalpregnancywillinfluence on pregnancycomplication,thegestationexamination frequencylower than5times,by caesareansection to terminate pregnancy,termination of pregnancy gestational age less than37weeks, twin pregnancy and maternal pregnancy complications more thancomplications.Conclusion：1.The pregnancy complication rate was17.76%in15176pregnant women, thehighest detection rate is blood pressure, anemia, hemorrhage, premature rupture ofmembranes and diabetes mellitus.2. The age is less than19years or older than35years, the culture degree ofprimary school or below influences the pregnancy complication in the individualfactors. 3. Previous pregnancy abortion is more than2times, had the deliveryexpe-rience and had experience on cesarean section have influence on pregnancy complication.4. The examination times are less than5, cesarean delivery, the termination ofpregnancy is less than37weeks and twins all in this pregnancy influence on pre-gnancy complication.
