Objective: percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) is one of the mostimportant methods for the treatment of coronary heart disease, but thepostoperative recurrent chest pain is clinical problem. This article from thereplenishing qi and blood, remove blood stasis, phlegm heat Sanjie anglecomprehensive legislation, applying tutor experience "YiqiHuaJi Decoetion" inthe treatment of coronary heart disease patients after PCI chest pain, and makeclinical observation and evaluation, to provide new ideas and methods oftraditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chest pain in patients withcoronary artery disease after PCI.Methods:50patients met the inclusion criteria of coronary heart diseasepatients after PCI with chest pain were randomly divided into treatment groupand control group,25cases each group.50cases were included, aspirin, Plavix,Lunanxinkang, Lipitor oral medications to basic division. The treatment groupon the basis of conventional western medicine plus YiqiHuaJi Decoetion, one dosedaily, patients with hypertension, diabetes were given symptomatic and supportivetreatment. The2groups were treated for30days,2groups were observed beforeand after treatment of angina symptoms change, Seattle angina questionnaireintegral change, ECG changes, and the total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) were compared indexes and bloodcoagulation level.Results: the treatment group improved in terms of symptoms andelectrocardiogram, compared with the control group, there were significantdifferences, P<0.05. The treatment group in reducing total cholesterol (TC),triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), decreasedfibrinogen,significantly better than the control group,P<0.05,with significantdifference.During the treatment, the treatment group and the control groupwithout any adverse reaction. Conclusion: YiqiHuaJi Decoetion can obviously improve the clinical symptomsof chest pain in patients after PCI, and regulate blood fat, improve bloodcoagulation, curative effect is obviously superior to the control group of Westernmedicine. Show that YiqiHuaJi Decoetion is safe and effective prescription intreating atherosclerosis.
