Objective：Through to the most gastric resection after gastric emptyingdisorder with Trational Chinese medicine therapy and the group of westernmedicine treatment in patients after gastrointestinal recovery time,hospitalization days and average lead flow conditions were compared, Explainwhether to combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment is mostpure western medicine treatment of gastric resection after gastric emptyingdisorder is more effective.Method：Using randomized and controlled method of grouping, All the casesabove hospital in shandong province from gastrointestinal surgery in2010-2014hospitalized patients, Combine traditional Chinese and westernmedicine treatment group11cases,10cases of pure western medicine treatmentgroup, We drew up a rational scale and observation item.In all patients,thefollowing parameters were obtained through investigation,themean of gastricjuice drainage dose,the time of gatroenteritic dynamia convaleseenee,the daysof in-patient,preoperative constitutions and modus.operandi.Then eounted thedata eolleeted and analysed them with professional knowledge.Result:In Group integrated therapy with traditional Chinese Medieine andGroup monotherapy with Western Medieine,separately,the time of gastroenteritic dynamia eonvaleseenee is17.30±2.69days and23.00±3.28days:the mean of gastric juice drainage dose is816.75±50.35ml and905.85±45.35ml;the days of in-Patient is27.18±3.74days and36.67±4.36days.There are signifieant diversity between the groups(P﹤0.05).Conclusion：By eontrast with Western Medieine,the riplex method has moreadvantages in treating GPS.And it is ent group of patients withgastrointestinal recovery time, average flow rate and the totalhospitalization days are much smaller than pure western medicine treatmentgroup. In this paper, at the same time the most cut method of gastric paralysisafter gastric disease factor has carried on the simple analysis, in order toreasonably evaluate the effect of the treatment.
