Clinical Research Of Warming Yang Moxibustion Combined With Detoxification Enema Method On Chronic Renal Failure

Objective: Observation of moxibustion with Warming Yangdetoxification methodenema in the treatment of chronicrenal failure (CRF) clinical curative effect.Method: Select the100patients with chronic renal failure， were randomlydivided into treatment group and control group，50cases each，the treatment group on thebasis of conventional therapy plus Enema with detoxificationXiezhuo Decoction enema，1times a day，and givemoxibustion Shenshu，spleen Shu，Guan Yuan，Mingmen point; thecontrol group only received routine treatmenttherapy.3months after treatment，blood creatinine of three groups were observed before and after treatment(Scr)，blood ureanitrogen (BUN)， creatinine clearance rate (Ccr)， hemoglobin (Hb)， albumin (ALB)symptomscore changes and TCM Syndromes of spleen kidney yang deficiency，damp resistance， comparing the efficacy.Results: After3months of experimental groupafter treatment， the patient’s creatinine (Scr)， blood urea nitrogen (Bun)， uricacid (UA) significantly improved (P<0.01)， assay indexPTH， Ca2+， P3+improvedsignificantly (P<0.01)，hemoglobin (P<0.05)， and the control group were statisticallysignificant (P<0.05). Safety comparison: the treatment group compared with the controlgroup of two groups， the incidence of adverse events and no significantdifference.Conclusion: The clinical study showed that the warming Yangmoxibustioncombined with detoxification method enema in the treatment of CRF has good clinical effect.
