Acupuncture With Moxibustion "San Hui Xue" In The Treatment Of Qi And Blood Stasis Type Curative Effect Observation Of The Third Lumbar Transverse Process Syndrome

Objective: To observe and evaluate the “san hui xue” acupuncture with moxibustiontreatment the clinical curative effect of the third lumbar transverse processsyndrome(TLTPS),in order to seek non-surgical therapy clinical treatment of TLTPSeffective method to provide the necessary clinical basis.Methods:60patients with TLTPS were randomly divided into acupuncture treatmentgroup and acupuncture group30cases in the control group30cases. With acupuncturetreatment group of eight will cave in Gb34,ke shu,CV17point is given priority to,thecontrol group routine acupuncture.To observe the curative effect of patients after2coursesof acupuncture and recorded before and after treatment of Japanese orthopaedic surgeonslumbago disease comprehensive judgement standard (JOA score),visual analog scale (VASscore),the improvement of the ability to observe two groups of patients with pain and life.Results: The curative effect of acupuncture treatment group is better than that ofacupuncture control group.Two groups of patients after treatment of VAS score,JOA scorecompared with before treatment were improved and acupuncture treatment group is betterthan that of acupuncture control group,the second course of significant improvement fromthe first treatment.Conclusion: Acupuncture eight will cooperate with moxibustion acupuncture pointtreatment of TLTPS can significantly improve the clinical curative effect,and to improvethe symptoms of TLTPS in patients with pain and dysfunction,living ability is better thanthat of acupuncture control group.
