Observe On The Therapeutic Effect Of Comprehensive Treatment By Acupuncture With The Fukangle Capsule On Hysteromyoma

ObjectiveTo observe and evaluate the clinical effect of the Fukangle capsule and acupuncture treatment, probe into the theory of it. Treating myoma of uterus of blood stasis by using drug and acupuncture treatment, and supply scientific evidence for the clinical usage of it.Methods90 cases of patients of uterus of blood stasis due to myoma of uterus which had been diagnosed in our outpatient department were chosen and divided randomly into three groups. The trail group of 30 cases was treated by Fukangle capsule and acupuncture treatment,three time a day with two piceses once and acupuncture treatment . The control group of 30 cases was treated by Fukangle capsule, three time a day with two piceses once.The other control group of 30 cases was treated by Guizhifuling capsule, three time a day with three piceses once.Three months is one course of treatment,stop medicine when in themenstrual. Observe the changes of clinical symptoms and signs,size of the myoma, blood and urine,liver, nephridium (ALT), .compare the size of the myoma, the incretion level, and the degree of mental health before and after the treatment. ResultsThe clinical curative effect myoma of uterus of blood stasis due to Qi stagnancy: the total effective rate of The trail group is 90.00%,the effect of the Fukangle capsule control group is 80.00%,the effect of the Guizhifuling capsule control group is 73.33%, the difference between these three groups is salience(P<0.05). In TCM symptom, the trail group's cure rate and markedly effective rate 84.15%, the Fukangle capsule control group's cure rate and markedly effective rate 72.12%, and the Guizhifuling capsule control group's cure rate and markedly effective rate 71.25%, the difference is salience(P<0.05). The themenstrual cycle, amount clour and quality of the trail group is better than the control groups,the difference is salience(P<0.05). Patients were compared before and after in the clinical symptoms, fibroid size, blood hormone levels, the degree of mental health,and the difference is salience(P<0.05).ConclusionsThe Fukangle capsule and acupuncture treatment has great effect in control the size of myoma of uterus, improving clinical symptom, blood hormone levels, and the degree of mental health. It is safe, effective and no toxic and side effect in clinical use.
