Study On The Effect Of Tang Mai Tong On Early Lower-extremity Arterial Disease And SRAGE、HO-1Expression On Rat Models

ObjectiveThis article is based on the previous studies,to discuss the effect ofBuqi Huoxue Jiedu Tongluo Method and essential medicine named Tang MaiTong,cooperate with acupuncture,traditional Chinese medicine to wash on EarlyLower－Extremity Arterial Disease(LEAD).On the other hand,explore the effectof Tang Mai Tong on sRAGE and HO-1expression on rat models of Early LEAD.Method1. Clinical Research：Confirmed the diagnosis of LEAD and curative effectevaluation standard,use Tang Mai Tong cooperate with acupuncture andtraditional Chinese medicine to wash,with western medicine control group,bythe method of large sample, prospective, randomized and controlled,symptomsand signs, ankle brachial ratio as the main curative effect, with securityindex in clinical observation, and the result analysis.2. Experimental Research:rat models were made with high fat diet andSTZ.12weeks after drug intervention,use biochemistry,electron microscopyand immunohistochemistry to study relevant indicators.Result1. Clinical Research：Comprehensive treatment with Tang Mai Tong caneffectively improve the patient’s symptoms and signs,lower blood sugar andblood fat levels（P＜0.05）,improvement of intermittent claudication distance, ankle brachial ratio（P＜0.05） and the patient’s quality of life.2. Experimental Research:Use high fat diet and STZ can make rat modelssuccessfully.Not only Tang Mai Tong can obviously improve the survival stateblood glucose, blood lipid and blood rheology indicators of the model rats,butalso changes to the blood vessel related indicators like sRAGE and HO-1haveobvious effect（P＜0.05）.ConclusionComprehensive treatment with Tang Mai Tong can effectively improve thetreatment effects.Tang Mai Tong can improve blood glucose, blood lipid andankle brachial ratio, intermittent claudication distance indicators toimprove the function of the lower limb activity.There also has a protectiveeffect of the pathological changes of vascular structure,witch deservesfurther study.
