| Objection： The purpose of this study is to observe the clinical efficacy ofShengmaisan and Danshenyin at treating diabetes and coronary heart disease,which canyiqiyangyinhuoxue,and to further explore its mechanism,and to provide practical ideasand methods for the study of Chinese medicine.Method：A randomized, controlled study method will meet the inclusion criteria60patients were divided into a treatment group of30patients (basic treatment+western+Shengmaisan danshenyin) and a control group of30patients (basic treatment+medicine), treatment2month, followed up for6months. Changes observed in patientswith blood sugar, blood fat heart disease, angina, ECG, and other indicators of TCMsymptoms, adverse drug reactions were observed, and the incidence of othercomplications Danshenyin Shengmaisan impact on these indicators.Result： Shengmaisan Salvia decoction Treatment of sugar heart disease (Yindeficiency and blood stasis) of blood lipids, angina, ST segment, changing the efficacy ofTCM symptoms were90%,86.67%,90%,90%, and the control group, the differencewas statistically significant (P <0.05). After6months of follow-up, the treatment groupfasting glucose, angina symptoms, clinical symptoms, ECG changes than the controlgroup (P <0.01). The research showed that raw pulse dispersion and salvia miltiorrhizaGUI drinking has the obvious regulate sugar metabolism, can assist insulin effectivecontrol of fasting blood glucose, blood sugar2hours after meal, as well as againstmyocardial ischemia, relieve angina and improve cardiac function, also can regulate lipidmetabolism, correct blood lipid metabolic disorders, can significantly improve patients’symptoms and signs of traditional Chinese medicine, to improve the quality of survival, asignificant therapeutic effect of TangXin patients. Conclusion： Shengmaisan Salvia decoction be effective in improving the clinicalsymptoms of heart disease sugars, glucose and lipid further corrected, angina, ECG, andhas a significant long-term effect. |
