Retrospective Study On2^nd Prescription Of Acupoint Application To Prevent And Treat Childhood Asthma Remission Of Lung And Kidney Deficiency

Objective：Theory and clinical aspects acupoint sticking therapy for children withasthma in remission,lung and kidney deficiency of both retrospective study of efficacy andto explore its mechanism of action.Methods：During2010-2013,Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of ShandongUniversity。Pediatric clinic meets sticking remission of asthma in children, lung and kidneydeficiency of both cases120cases,at the annual dog day and thirty-nine days acupointsticking treatment of the2ndconsecutivesticking.Sticking divided according to the lengthof one year of treatment group, the2-year group,40cases in each group for threeyears.Outpatient follow-up telephone interview sand collecting data in the form of itsretrospective study,clinical comparative study.Observed two groups of children before andafter treatment main symptoms and signs of asthma duration,after the end of theobservation,the quantitative indicators for statistical analysis of the clinical efficacy ofacupoint sticking to evaluate and make intr-group and group comparison.Results： The three groups of patients with bronchial asthma can reducewheezing,chest tightness, suffocation, cough,expectoration,wheezing and other symptomsand signs of integration,and pre-treatment difference was statisticallysignificant(P<0.01).Three groups could reduce the number of asthma attacks,reducing theduration of asthma attacks,there was a significant difference between before and aftertreatment, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);three groups,the decrease in the order of their year group<2years group<3years group,namely sticking therapydecrease the maximum three-year group.Sticking the total efficiency of the treatment,ayear group,2-year group, the3-year group, the total effective rates were57.5%,77.5%,95%,1year patching group compared with the group two years, P<0.05;2-year groupcompared with three years, P<0.05;1-year group compared with the group for three years,P<0.01,there is a significant difference, and the difference was statistically significant;threegroups by chi-square test, P<0.01,statistically significant differences.Conclusion：Children with acupoint sticking therapy can improve lung and kidneydeficiency of both the main symptoms and signs,reducing the number of asthma attacks,reduce the degree of asthma attacks,shorten the duration of an asthma attack,and threeyears treatment group was better than in group1and in groups2, indicating hat acupointapplication on the2nd side can reach the purpose of prevention of asthma in remissionboth lung and kidney deficiency, and adherence to treat is an important part of improvingthe efficacy has important clinical value.
