Objective:This study was to study the therapeutic effect of prescription"BuganningshenDecoction" for the deficiency of liver-qi type GAD and to explore itspossible mechanism.Materials and methods:In this paper, according to the Chinese classification anddiagnostic criteria for mental disorders in the third edition (CCMD3) diagnosticstandard,and Chinese internal medicine about depression syndrome diagnostic standard,60cases of patients who were diagnosed with the deficiency of liver-qi type GAD in theshandong university of traditional Chinese medicine hospital were randomly divided intoChinese medicine treatment group and western medicine control group,each group30cases.And the treatment group with traditional Chinese medicine (TCM)"BuganningshenDecoction " treatment, control group with "Deanxit" treatment. Both weretreated for6weeks and observed the TCM symptom scores, HAMA scores,of treatmentgroup and control group before and after treatment. All the scores of two groups before andafter treatment were statistically analyzed by using SPSS17.0.to observe the therapeuticeffect of two groups.TESS scale were used to assess the side effects of the two groups.Results:Through statistical analysis, the conclusion is as follows:1."BuganningshenDecoction" treatment group in improving the HAMA scores of GAD has no significantdifference compared with in the control group.2."BuganningshenDecoction" treatmentgroup in improving the Chinese medicine symptoms of GAD is obviously better than"Deanxit " treatment group in control group.3."BuganningshenDecoction" in improvingHAMA score,TCM symptoms,has significant difference before and after treatment.4.Deanxit in improving HAMA score, TCM symptomshas significant difference before and after treatment.5."BuganningshenDecoction treatment group has no obviousadverse reaction,with high security.Conclusion:In improving the symptoms of patients’ anxiety, clinical effect of"Buganningshen Decoction"is better than that of Deanxit, and with high safety, no obviousside effects. |
