| Objective:To observe the clinical therapeutic effects and the safty of NiuhuangXifeng particles in treatment of ischemic stroke aphasia(The wind phlegm obstructioncollaterals),be sure to take careful objective learning manner,to establish a scientific andaccurate methods to evaluate clinical curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine forTCM syndrome in order to raise the level of clinical efficacy evaluation of traditionalChinese medicine technology.Methods: Would be consistent with ischemic stroke aphasia (wind phlegmobstruction type winding) diagnostic criteria, and are all motor aphasia of60patients wererandomly divided into two groups. The treatment group,30cases in internal medicinetreatment based upon Niuhuang Xifeng particles; The control group30cases, give internalmedicine foundation treatment. When two groups of patients with continuous treatmenttwo weeks later, take estimation to language function with the Aphasia Battery of Chinesedeveloped by Gao su rong，a professor at Peking University；evaluate the languagecommunication ability with The Chinese Functional Communication；take estimation toneurological impairment with the National Institute of Health Strock Scale, And in allkinds of clinical trials in patients with two groups of indicators for statistical analysis.Result：After statistical analysis of the clinical curative effect of two groups ofpatients，The treatment group total efficiency of90%，The control group total efficiency of73.33%，compared to two groups of clinical curative effect, with statisticalsignificance.(p<0.05).The results showed that the treatment group is better than that ofcontrol group curative effect, And in the process of clinical trial found no adverse reaction.Conclusion: The clinical curative effect of Niuhuang Xifeng particles in treatment of ischemic stroke aphasia(The wind phlegm obstruction collaterals) is distinct and highsecurity, Niuhuang Xifeng particles is worth popularizing in clinical application. |
