| Objective:to study the Heidihuang Wan in the treatment of renal anemia and spleen and kidney Yin deficiency and dampness syndrome clinical curative effect, and observe the Heidihuang Wan effect on the improvement of the5/6renal anemia rats, the preliminary discussion on its mechanism, provide a new way for the clinical treatment of renal anemia.Methods:(1) Eligible patients enrolled60patients were randomly divided into experimental and control groups, the control group using only Western-based treatment, on the basis of the test group therapy plus clothing Black Lands yellow pills, oral medication12weeks, the end of treatment. And detection of cases were observed in clinical symptoms, renal function and blood RBC, Hb, HCT before and after treatment in both groups.(2) experimental study:select100healthy male rats Wistar rats, random10as normal control group. The rest adopt the internationally used5/6nephrectomy model of rats model, after the success of the building, according to the creatinine level order random points Heidihuang Wan rehmannia for high, medium and low dose group, luo Ding Xin, Niao duqing particle group, and the model control group (each group only15), Heidihuang Wan high, medium and low dose (0.648g/100g d,0.324g/100g d,0.162g/100g. General situation of rats after dosing observation, observation of blood testing, RBC, HGB, HCT, and take the left kidney tissues for pathological observation.Results:1:Clinical Observation:(1) test group treatment of renal anemia total effective rate was67.86%,44.82%in the control group.(2) After treatment, blood RBC, Hb, HCT levels were increased between the two groups, a significant difference, P<0.05.(3) Black Lands yellow pill can reduce blood SCr levels, elevated GFR levels before and after treatment, significant difference, P<0.05.2:(1) normal blood group, RBC, HGB, HCT, BUN, SCr and the treatment group and model group compared with has very significant difference (P<0.01), the comparison between treatment group and model group, no statistical difference,(P>0.05).(2) drug intervention Black Lands yellow pill after12weeks of high, medium and low dose group, Niaoduqing group, Lotensin group could increase the model rat blood RBC, HGB, HCT, and before each treatment group and the model group has statistics Learn the difference, P <0.05; each drug was no significant difference between the intervention group, P>0.05.(3) Renal pathological changes:normal group organization structure not seen obvious abnormity; Model group kidney visible capillary ball was lobulated occasional hyaline, glomerular thickening of glomerular basement membrane, increase of glomerular, visible sclerosing ball. Visible renal tubular atrophy and renal tubular expansion, can be seen in the lumen tube type, a small number of renal tubular necrosis. Renal interstitial fibrous tissue hyperplasia, lymphocytic infiltration, show the change of chronic progressive kidney disease; Drug intervention group are visible above lesions, but on the whole, can alleviate, glomerular basement membrane thickening of mild and mild increase in mesangial cells, renal tubular turbidity is swollen, interstitial inflammatory cell infiltration reduction, fibrosis, to a lesser degree, protein type tube significantly reduced, partial renal tubular necrosis is model group.Conclusion:1. The Heidihuang Wan have the function of the treatment of renal anemia, can significantly improve the patient’s clinical symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine, improve the quality of survival.2. The Heidihuang Wan pill has delay the renal fibrosis, to reduce the serum levels of SCr, GRF increased patient, protection of residual renal function and delay the pathological process of chronic renal failure, protection of red blood cells, improve the treatment of renal anemia in rats. |
