Purpose:This research observes the clinical effect of Chinese medicine collapsed stainsmethod in order to treat cervical spondylotic vertebral arteriopathy(cold evil obstructingvesse, internal static blood obstruction pattern),to further discuss the function mechanism ofChinese medicine collapsed stains method.Method:100patients were randomly divided into two groups (treatment group&control group). We applied the Chinese medicine collapsed stains method to treat in treatmentgroup,50patients in control group were treated by microwave. We observed the Chinesemedicine collapsed stains method sinfluence on the patients’ sings, symptoms, systolic peakflow velocity, diastolic minimum flow rate, mean peak flow velocity, pulsation index ofvertebral artery.Result: The results indicated:Patients in the two groups after20days of treatment, inthe aspects of sings and symptoms score, the treatment group was significantly better than thecontrol group(P<0.05);in the aspects of transcranial Doppler ultrasound, including Vp、Vd、Vm、PI of LVA、RVA、BA,the treatment group was significantly better than the controlgroup(P<0.01or P<0.05),in treatment group,26cases of cure,13cases markedlyeffective,effective9cases,invalid2cases,the total effective rate was96.0%;in controlgroup,17cases were cured,14cases markedly effective,effective11cases,invalid8cases,the total effective rate was84.0%,the curative effect of treatment group was significantlybetter than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chinese medicine collapsed stains method is effective and safe on treatingcervical spondylotic vertebral arteriopathy, and it is worthy to extensive.
