Clinical Studies Shenfu Decoction On Chronic Cardiac Failure (QDBS Water Knot Syndrome)

Purpose: Shenfu cardiac soup is based on Professor Yu Kaicheng famous oldChinese medicine hospital treatment of chronic heart failure experienceside, combined with my mentor Professor Zheng Dawei years of clinicalpractice, the use of the carrier from, primarily for the treatment ofchronic heart failure, which the clinical manifestations of heartpalpitations, shortness of breath, weakness, sweating, breathlessness,night not supine, purple lips, lower extremity edema, oliguria, bloodpressure and other symptoms; the herbs with Qi yang, stasis blood andWater, swelling diuretic effect; applicable TCM syndrome of blood stasisknot heart failure treatment. The comparative study of clinicalobservations, further validation of the drug yang qi, stasis clinicalefficacy diuresis, and to evaluate its safety.Method: The76cases of patients with heart failure syndrome of bloodstasis knot randomly divided into two groups, in which the control groupreceived routine therapy plus cardiac tonic piece suits, the observationgroup in Western conventional treatment based on strong Chinese herb soupShenfu,(ginseng, prepared aconite, Tinglizi, Wujiapi, astragalus, salvia,Panax, Poria, Radix, Plantago, Kun grass Arecae). Clinical efficacy andobserve the effect of the two groups of patients before and after treatmentchanges in symptoms. Treatment for6weeks. Systematic observation andevaluation of patients before and after treatment period of42days,failure to observe the efficacy of integrating TCM symptom scores beforeand after treatment, cardiac function was measured (cardiac index CI,stroke index SI, ejection fraction, EF), NYHA, BNP and so on. After sixweeks depending on the patient’s symptoms and signs after treatment toassess the efficacy and safety of specific Shenfu cardiac soup.Result: Experimental results show that the efficacy of the observationgroup for heart failure, syndromes, cardiac function was measured (cardiacindex CI, stroke index SI, ejection fraction, EF) improved cardiac function and other indicators are better than the control group (p <0.05).Especially in the improvement of clinical symptoms observed grouppalpitations, fatigue, shortness of breath, chest tightness (pain), facelimb edema, urine deficient, wheezing, sputum, sweat, lips bruising TCM tenindividual symptoms before treatment with ratio, P <0.05, significantdifference; among palpitations, fatigue, shortness of breath, chesttightness (pain), urine deficient, six medicine before bruising lips overthe treatment of individual symptoms were significantly improved, andbetter than the control group after treatment The difference wasstatistically significant (P <0.05). Patients had no obvious change in thewhole course of treatment in the various biochemical routine examination,but also in the whole process no adverse reactions.Conclusion: Shenfu cardiac Soup for the treatment of chronic heartfailure (QDBS water stasis) has a good effect, and no adverse reactions,with reliable security.
