Purpose: To observe the effect of Rhizoma Corydalis extract on rats and thrombus,arteriovenous shunt thrombosis of blood rheology of blood stasis rat model, validate the formationmechanism of the thrombosis, investigate the mechanism of activating blood circulation, to provideexperimental data for clinical rational, safe use of Corydalis extract for the treatment ofcardiovascular diseases, and provides theory foundation for the further development of Yan Hucable anti cardiovascular disease drugs.Method:1.60Wistar rats, were randomly divided into6groups, were divided into normal controlgroup, model control group, positive control group, yanhusuo extract with high, medium and lowdose group, administered continuously for7days, the last30minutes after administration, exceptthe blank control group, other groups were injected subcutaneously animal kidney on the glandhormone with ice water bath method to copy the rat model of blood stasis in the whole bloodviscosity, plasma viscosity, the observation index.2.50Wistar rats, were randomly divided into5groups, namely normal control group, positivecontrol group, yanhusuo extract with high, medium and low dose group, each animal gavage for7days, affecting the determination on thrombosis of Corydalis extracts the last administration,30minutes after the establishment of the thrombosis model.Result:1.Whole blood low shear viscosity of rats in the model control group was significantly higherthan that in the normal control group, the viscosity and the whole blood viscosity compared withnormal control group cut in whole blood, there was no significant difference. But there are alsosome increasing trend. In the complex factors that stimulate the subcutaneous injection ofadrenaline and ice water immersion, has caused the blood viscosity and blood stasis model ratsincreased abnormally. Corydalis extract in high dose, and low dose of three dosage group andpositive control drug Compound Salvia Tablet rats whole blood low shear viscosity weresignificantly lower than those in the model group (P <0.001)2.The plasma viscosity of model group rats was significantly higher than that in normalcontrol group, showed that the composite factor in stimulating the subcutaneous injection of adrenaline and ice water immersion, has caused the blood viscosity and blood stasis model ratsincreased abnormally. Rhizoma Corydalis extract high and middle dose of two to the plasmaviscosity dosage group and positive control drug Compound Salvia Tablet group were alsosignificantly lower than those in the model group (P <0.01).3.Rhizoma Corydalis extract high dose group, middle dose group and low dose group ofthree dosage group and positive control drug Compound Salvia Tablet rats in arteriovenous shuntthrombus wet weight and dry weight were significantly lower than those in the normal controlgroup (P <0.001).4.Rhizoma Corydalis extract high dose group, middle dose group and the positive controldrug Compound Salvia Tablet group animals thrombosis time required significantly higher than thenormal control group (P <0.05); the required time there was no significant difference comparedwith normal control group, low dose group animal thrombus formation in vivo (P <0.05), butincreased the trend of.Conclusion:1.This experiment by subcutaneous injection of adrenaline and ice water bath method tocopy the model of blood stasis rat model successfully reproduced, thrombus in rats by electricstimulation method.2.Rhizoma Corydalis extract can obviously reduce the rat model of blood stasis of bloodviscosity, improve the blood rheology of hypercoagulable rat of blood stasis, on "thick, sticky,coagulation, poly" and other characteristics of blood rheology, with significant improvement.3.Rhizoma Corydalis extract on rats induced by dynamic-vein bypass thrombosis has veryobvious inhibitory effect.4.Inhibitory effect of Corydalis extract has a certain degree of artery thrombosis induced byelectrical stimulation.
