| Objective: To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of acupuncture in the treatment oftemporomandibular arthritis Xiaguan point.Methods: using acupuncture Xiaguan point group (treatment group) and externalapplication of Chinese medicine group (control group),60cases (30cases each) for treatmentof patients, and to observe the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Treatment group: acupoints:Xiaguan point. Patients with lateral decubitus or supine position, full exposure to the affectedarea, regular disinfection, ask the patient to inhale, the patients selected0.35×40mm needle inthe ipsilateral Xiaguan point quickly penetrate into1.0-1.2inch, gas twirling needle, twistangle between180degrees-360degrees.1times a day,10times for a course of treatment,5and2days off the middle of acupuncture. Control group: The traditional Chinese medicinetreatment, Speranskia grass250g, Clematis250g, acute250g, dark plum250g, haw500g,Lycopodii herb150g100g, wind trigonous100g, Drynaria100g, safflower100g, Curcuma100g, angelica100g, white mustard seed50g Chinese ephedra,50g, made the thick end ofnux vomica, bagging, bag100g. Acupuncture Xiaguan point for treatment of temporomandibulararthritis curative effect is better than that of the control group. Acupuncture Xiaguan pointtherapy is a safe and effective method for the treatment of arthritis of temporomandibularjoint. |
