Objective: Through summarizing medical records and medical professor Yan Hongchendepression disease treatment clinic, it summarized the clinical experience of Professor YanHongchen in the treatment of depression medication regularity and treatment of depression.Methods:The clinic with Professor Yan Hongchen, Professor Yan Hongchen firsthand,collected from2012December to2013December outpatient medical records of Professor YanHongchen in the treatment of depression in patients with a total of200cases, this studyrecruited patients first diagnosed medical record information, to collect input cases involvingdrugs, and all the data were input into the database the data, and use medical statisticalmethods for statistical analysis, including the frequency analysis and cluster analysis,discussion and analysis are summarized, analyzed the results, combined with Professor YanHongchen’s clinical treatment depression disease characteristics, summarized the clinicalexperience of Professor Yan Hongchen in treating depression.Result: Professor Yan Hongchen in the treatment of depression with drugs frequency≥20drugs a total of21flavor, the total frequency of use was83.23%, drug times top10drugswere: bupleurum, Cyperus rotundus, white peony root, bitter orange, tuckahoe, driedtangerine peel, white atractylodes rhizome, Cortex Moutan, Rhizoma Chuanxiong, fructusgardeniae; drug categories more than20times of Qi drugs for a total of564times, accountingfor26.05%, a total of334frequency of tonic, accounted for15.43%, these two types of drugsis the main drug of Professor Yan Hongchen in the treatment of depression. Clinical study byProfessor Yan Hongchen was followed for up to2years, under the guidance of Professor YanHongchen, firsthand, summarizes professor Yan Hongchen in the treatment of depression ismainly divided into6syndrome: the syndrome of stagnation of liver qi, syndrome of qidepression transforming into fire, deficiency of Qi and blood, phlegm heat stasis syndrome,liver kidney yin deficiency syndrome, the mind’s syndrome.Conclusion:The outpatient medical records and medical records consolidation ofProfessor Yan Hongchen in the treatment of depressive, clinical experience of Professor YanHongchen in the treatment of depression medication regularities disease and its treatment ofliver disease, and provide the reference for the clinical treatment of liver disease, clinical guidance to physicians treating depression.
