Purposes:Compare the medical APP to assist the management of the patients withfemoral intertrochanteric fractures and the patients in the traditionalmanagement group in the medical costs, the mastery degrees of healthyknowledge of this disease, the average daily function practice time, theaccessible time post-discharge, communication times, patients; satisfaction,prognosis etc, and analyze the factors.Methods:Retrospectively analyze the clinical materials of the30cases of patientswith femoral intertrochanteric fractures received and cured during April2013toApril2014, and20cases of male,10cases of female, age15-62years old, andaverage age38.5years old, follow-up visiting time8-17months, average time12.5months. Stochastically divide them into2groups, that is compare theresults of group A, the using medical APP to assist the management (15cases),and group B,, the traditional management group(15cases), and analyze thelength of stay, the average daily function practice time, the accessible timepost-discharge, the review times, the average time of each review, the averagetraffic costs of each review, communication times, the patients; mastery degreeof the healthy knowledge of this disease, satisfaction, prognosis. And each group of data will adopt SPSS17.0software for the statistic analysis, to analyzethe advantages and disadvantages of using the medical software to assist themanagement.Results:(1) The compared T values of the length of stay, average functionpractice time, medical accessible time, average review time, average trafficcosts, and the communication times of group A and B are separately-6.100、3.873、-6.626、-4.332、-9.036、8.182,and the corresponding P values are allbelow0.05, which have significant statistic meanings, and show that there areobvious differences in the length of stay, average function practice time,medical accessible time, average review time, average traffic costs, and thecommunication times of the two groups. In which the length of stay, medicalaccessible time, average review time, average traffic costs of the APPmanagement group are all obviously lower than those of the traditionalmanagement group, while the average function practice time, and thecommunication times of the APP group are all obviously higher than those ofthe traditional management group. And there are no significant differencesbetween the review times of both groups (the corresponding P value is higherthan0.05).(2)The compared square values of the patients’ satisfaction and themastery degree of the disease of both group are separately9.630、19.476and19.476,the corresponding P values are all lower than0.05, which have significant statistic meanings, and show that there are significant differencesbetween the patients’ satisfaction and mastery degree of the disease. Thepatients’ satisfaction and mastery degree of the disease of the APP-assistmanagement group are all obviously better than those of the traditionalmanagement group. While the clinical healing standard of the postoperative6months of both groups all reach100%, without significant differences (P valueis higher than0.05).Conclusions:1. Using the medical APP to assist the management of the patients couldreduce the length of stay.2. Using the medical APP to assist the management of the patients couldenhance the patients’ mastery degree of the healthy knowledge, improve theactiveness of the function practice, the scientificalness and security.3. using the medical APP to assist the management of the post-dischargepatients reduces the time and costs of the review.4. Using the mobile medical technology improves the medicalaccessibility of the post-discharge patients as well as the medical efficiency.5. Using the medical APP to assist the management of the patients couldincrease the communication times between the doctors and patients, andenhance the communications and exchanges between the doctors and patients,and realize the relationship transformation from “parent-style” to“partner-style”.6. The clinical application of the mobile medical technology improves thepatients’ satisfaction.7.both groups are bone healed and reach the same curative effects.
