Objective:With the accelerating rhythm of life, work pressure increases, examinationthe delay of the age, the pollution of environment (especially in recent years,more and more serious fog) and the transformation of the people have idea, etc.,the incidence of infertility in rising year by year. Cause the cause of femaleinfertility, infertility caused by intrauterine lesions of female infertility6.9%.Allthis study was to explore the Yin type three-dimensional ultrasound in thediagnosis of infertility patients with several kinds of intrauterine lesions valuefor the diagnosis of intrauterine lesions provide better diagnostic method.Methods:Since May2013~2014were retrospectively analyzed at JiLin university inOctober, the first clinical hospital treated189cases with intrauterine lesions ofthe clinical data of patients with infertility. All patients were performed Yin typeof two-dimensional ultrasound and Yin type three-dimensional ultrasoundreconstruction imaging, and record the results, hysteroscopy examination, anynecessary: diagnostic curettage or neoplasm enucleation under hysteroscopy.Under hysteroscopy diagnosis of cases caused by intrauterine adhesions, nohistologic examination, and as a diagnostic gold standard by hysteroscopyexamination results were analyzed. The rest under hysteroscopy diagnosis of thecases caused by intrauterine adhesions of the specimens sent histologicexamination, as a diagnostic gold standard by pathological findings wereanalyzed.Using SPSS17.0statistical software for statistical data using chi-squareanalysis, P <0.05think the difference was statistically significant. The results:1. Hysteroscopy examination in the diagnosis of uterine cavity adhesion18cases, Yin type of two-dimensional ultrasound and hysteroscopy examinationdiagnosis coincidence rate was38.89%, Yin type three-dimensional ultrasoundexamination and hysteroscopy examination diagnosis coincidence rate was94.44%.The latter the accuracy in diagnosis of uterine cavity adhesion issignificantly higher than the former, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).2. Pathological diagnosis of endometrial hyperplasia in98cases, Yin typeof two-dimensional ultrasound and pathology diagnosis coincidence rate was70.41%, Yin type three-dimensional ultrasound and pathology diagnosiscoincidence rate was85.71%.The accuracy in the diagnosis of endometrialhyperplasia is significantly higher than the former, the difference wasstatistically significant (P <0.05).3.Pathological diagnosis of endometrial polyps45cases, Yintwo-dimensional ultrasound and pathological examination diagnosis coincidencerate was48.89%, Yin type three-dimensional ultrasound and pathology diagnosiscoincidence rate was88.89%.The accuracy in the diagnosis of endometrialpolyps is significantly higher than the former, the difference was statisticallysignificant (P <0.05).4. Pathological diagnosis of submucosal uterine fibroids in15cases, Yintwo-dimensional ultrasound and pathological examination diagnosis coincidencerate was86.67%, Yin type three-dimensional ultrasound and pathology diagnosiscoincidence rate was93.33%.There was no statistically significant differencebetween the two (P>0.05).5. The pathological diagnosis of embryo residues in13.Yin two-dimensionalultrasound and pathological examination diagnosis coincidence rate was92.31%,Yin type three-dimensional ultrasound and pathology diagnosis coincidence ratewas100%.There was no statistically significant difference between the two (P>0.05). Conelusion:One:Yin type of three-dimensional ultrasonography in diagnosing patientswith infertility caused by intrauterine adhesions two-dimensional ultrasoundaccuracy is significantly higher than Yin type, can be used as a clinical diagnosisof the important methods for caused by intrauterine adhesions.Tow:Yin type three-dimensional ultrasound endometrial hyperplasia andendometrial polyps in patients with infertility diagnosis accuracy is significantlyhigher than two-dimensional ultrasound, Yin type is diagnosis of endometrialhyperplasia and endometrial polyps are more reliable method.Three:Yin type three-dimensional ultrasound and Yintype two-dimensionalultrasound in patients with infertility submucosal uterine fibroids and embryosremaining diagnosis have good consistency.
