Objective:To investigate the effects of the guidance of nacotrend monitor with differentdepths of anesthesia in hemodynamics and the condition of intubation in elderlypatients. Methods:Sixty ASA I-III patients aged60-75years who received selected surgery wererandomly divided into three groups, according to the NTI of64-57(group D0),56-47(group D1) and46-37(group D2) at intubation. The anesthesia was conducted bymidazolam0.03mg/kg, sufentanyl0.4μg/kg, cisatracurium0.15mg/kg. And everypatient was infused with propofol1.5-2.5mg/kg. The laryngeal mask airway wasinserted when the NTI reached the expected index. Then record the heart rate(HR),mean arterial pressure (MAP), NTI at the time point of operation room(T0), beforeintubation(T1), after intubation((T2). And observe the intubation condition. Results:There were no significant differences of MAP、HR and NRI at T1among threegroups. The MAP and HR at T1and T2of group D0and D1were more stable thanthose of group D2(P<0.05).Compared with group D0, the condition of intubation ofD2and D1was more satisfied(P<0.05).Conclusion:The guidance of narcotrend monitor at the depth of anesthesia at D1level canprovide seady-state hemodynamics and a satisfied condition of intubation in elderlypatints. |
