Objective:Through retrospective analysis of clinincal cases, toexplore the risk factors of inducement full term neonatal necrotizingenterocolitis(NEC),and to provide the basis for early clinical diagnosis, prevention and treatment. Methods:Collect from January1,2008to January1,2015ourhospital diagnosis of children with NEC standard.Analysis of factorsincluding:(1) Maternal perinatal factors:Gestational hypertension,Premature rupture of membranes,Prenatal use of antibiotic.(2) Thepatient’s general condition:Gender, birth weigh,Gestational age, diseaseoccurred time.(3) The factors When children were born:Deliveryway,Amniotic fluid pollution,History of suffocati(Apart score <3points,PH <7.0, or exist multiple organ damage).(4) Feeding factors:Feedingway,Born of oral bacteria (bifidobacterium triple viable capsules: longbifidobacterium, lactobacillus acidophilus and dung enterococcus).(5)Accompanied disease: Neonatal respiratory distress syndrome, pneumonia, sepsis (blood culture result positive), high blood bilirubin, toxicity of neonatal lupus, congenital heart disease (cyanotic type such astetralogy of fallot, large, large atrial septal defects (VSD), congenitalintestinal malformations, congenital cytomegalovirus infection, etc. Results:There were64cases with diagnosis of NEC during theseven years. Compared with control group, single factor analysis results:gestational age, birth asphyxia, neonatal sepsis, toxic erythema, congenital heart disease, congenital intestinal malformations, congenitalcytomegalovirus infection, breastfeeding and oral probiotics, P <0.05,the difference was statistically significant. Gender, birth weight, childbirth way, motherhood, gestational hypertension, abnormal amnioticfluid, premature rupture of membranes, prenatal use of antibiotics, pneumonia, neonatal hypoglycemia, high bilirubin hematic disease, neonatal respiratory distress syndrome comparison results (P>0.05),there was no statistically significant difference. Logistic regressionanalysis, the result shows: in term newborns after birth asphyxia, sepsis, congenital heart disease, congenital intestinal abnormalities, artificialfeeding, without application of probiotics for full-term newborn NECmajor risk factors of the disease.Conclusion:1.The onset of full-term newborn NEC is associated with after birthasphyxia, sepsis, congenital heart disease, congenital intestinalabnormalities.2.Early breastfeeding and oral probiotics for prevention ofnecrotizing enterocolitis full term certain protective effect.
