With the development of China’s economic level, people’s living standards improve,structural changes in diet, and the rapidly aging population, the rapid rise in theincidence and mortality rate of cardiovascular disease, health and safety of people’slives and caused a great threat, The body’s pulse and ECG signal contains a largenumber of cardiovascular status to reflect the physiological and pathologicalinformation, through the pulse and ECG monitoring can be found early signs ofcardiovascular disease, have significance for the prevention and treatment ofcardiovascular disease.For real-time, accurate monitoring of the pulse and ECG information, on the basisof the3G communication technology, developed a portable pulse and ECGtelemonitoring system, in view of the current problems in pulse and ECGtelemonitoring, proposed functional requirements of the system and the overall designscheme, made a detailed presentation for the system’s hardware and software design andwavelet denoising.Monitoring system consists of a portable monitoring front-end and PC monitoringsoftware platform, This article start from the sensor production and the design of signalconditioning circuit, detailed the design of the pulse signal acquisition circuit, anddesigned the ECG acquisition circuit center on AD8232chip, after the signals convertedinto digital signals by the ADC within the Atmega128microcontroller, through the3GWCDMA module name of SIM5320communicate with remote monitoring platform,then to make a detailed description of the software design and front-end PC monitormonitoring platform, and finally for some noise still exists in pulse and ECG data,proposed wavelet decomposition and reconstruction method and wavelet thresholdingwere carried on de-noising processing for the pulse and ECG signal.Future work mainly around two aspects, first, to upgrade and improve the function of each module of monitoring system, the second is further study to identify thepathological and automation diagnosis of cardiovascular disease based on the pulse andECG obtained.
