The Bushenfuzheng capsule as an ingredient of the modernization traditional Chinese medicine came from clinical proved recipe, it consisted of American ginseng, Cordyceps sinensis, Radix notoginseng and other traditional Chinese medicines, its effects in strengthening kidney and spleen, and benefitting to vital energy, it mainly used to chronic kidney disease and syndrome deficiency in vital energy caused of various diseases by improving immune function, preventing early senescence, and promoting recovery of body functions.This paper intended to provide a safe and effective medicine capsules for kidney patients by studding on Bushenfuzheng capsule technology.According to standard of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia (2010edition), the characters of each herb was identified and all resisted in Pharmacopoeia standards, which ensured the authenticity and quality of each herb, and provided a scientific foundation for research in technology.The optimum technology of the vibration milling process about American ginseng, Panax notoginseng is that grinding conditions for coarse particle size through the2nd screen, add powder500g, vibration time60min every times, the particle size determined on7th-sieving through rate.The alcohol-soluble extracts of gynostemma, contents of total flavonoids and saponins as a comprehensive evaluation index, the gynostemma extracted with ethanol temperature90℃,60%ethanol, solid-liquid ratio1:50and extract60min.The extract yield and total flavonoids content to be standards of grading, the water extract conditions after ethanol extracted for raspberries, dodder and gynostemma were olid-liquid ratio10:1, boiling3times, and decocting time60min.The formation process is one dose/dextrin and magnesium stearate=1/5G/0.5Q drying temperature60℃, relative humidity<58%.Using high performance liquid chromatography and TLC, the main ingredient standard with ginsenoside Rb1, Re, Rg1and gnotoginseng saponin R1contents was established, experiments showed that the method is simple, high specificity, and reproducibility in well, the product quality could be effectively controlled.The results of the preliminary stability tests showed that every characteristics of this preparation were accord with quality standards, quality stability, valid period2years.This research focused on modern technical means according to TCM theory, made quality assessment methods and standards of Bushenfuzheng capsule, and provided a scientific basis for the preparation of large-scale production.
