Clinical Efficacy Observed With Jiajian Yougui Bolus Combined With Jinfeng Bolus To Treating The Premature Ovarian Failure Patients Of Shenyang Deficiency Syndrome

Objective This research through clinical study to observe the clinical effect of Jiajian Yougui Bolus combined with Jinfeng Bolus to treating the premature ovarian failure patients of Shenyang deficiency syndrome by compare two differente motheds:traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine.Method The74selected cases were finished between September2012to January2015, First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine gynecological outpatient diagnostic POF in patients with Shenyang deficiency syndrome,a total of74cases were randomly divided into two groups. One group of37cases accepted the treatment of traditional Chinese Medicine(Jiajian Yougui Bolus combined with Jinfeng Bolus),another group of37cases accepted western medicine artificial cycle(Climen). Observe curative effects before and after the three months’and the six months’treatment.the total score, menstruation, pregnancy and the basis of2to3days in themenstrual cycle,follicle stimulating hormone (bFSH),luteinizing hormone(bLH),estradiol(bE2),baseline antral follicle count (bAFC),Ovarian blood flow(PSV> RI).Result The clinical total effective rate of TCM group was83.78%,westem medicine group total effective rate is75.68%. There was no significant difference between the two groups of patients with clinical efficacy (P>0.05),This shows that TCM group and western medicine group are both effective. After the three months’and the six months’treatment, the clinical symptoms score treatment were lower than before (P<0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups after the six months’treatment (P<0.01). Compared with those before treatment,there were significantly decreased of the FSH and LH value,increasd of the E2value after the three months’and the six months’treatment in the two groups, with statistical significance (P <0.05). There was significant difference between the two groups after the six months’treatment (P<0.05). After the three months’treatment,there were no difference of the MOD value in the two groups (P>0.05),but there were difference of the AFC value in the two groups(P<0.01).There were increased of MOD value and AFC value after the six months’treatment in the two groups(P<0.01).There was significant difference of MOD value and AFC value between the two groups after the six months’treatment (P<0.05).The PSV value significantly higher and the RI value significantly lower than before treatment after the three months’and the six months’treatment in the two groups,both with statistical significance (P<0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups after the six months’treatment0.05).After six months’treatment,4patients got pregnant in TCM group,but no pregnancy occureed in western medicine group. There are no adverse reactions in TCM group,6patients of the western medicine group have adverse reactions.Conclusion Jiajian Yougui Bolus combined with Jinfeng Bolus can improve premature ovarian failure patients’clinical symptoms,serum hormone levels and ovarian function.And because of the safe and reliable effect,no side effect,it is worthy of popularizing.
