| [Objectives]l.To research the curative effect of Chinese herb pediluvium treating deficieney cold pattern patients, and bring its simple, economical and practical advantages into full play.2.To regulate the clinical operation of Chinese herb pediluvium and improve its disadvantages, in order to enrich the content of TCM.[Methods]Under the random and control design,132cases of elderly patients with asthenia cold syndrome were stochastically divided into the experimental group and the control group.There are66cases in each group.According to the three different syndromes:deficiency of kidney-yang, deficiency of lineal-yang, deficiency of heart-yang, to take the corresponding pediluvium scheme.The experimental group was taken the different schemes of Chinese herb pediluvium,and The control group was given warm water pediluvium.After28days, the TCM deficiency cold scale, the autonomic nerve quotiety,body surface remperature, visual analogue scale (VAS) as the main assessment scales to collect data and the data was analysed by the statistical software SPSS17.0.[Results]1.Baseline information:Gender,age,marital status,education,occupation,income, deficieney cold pattern course, TCM syndrome types of deficieney cold pattern and so on were no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05).Before the two groups were implemented different intervention scheme, the deficiency cold scale each component scores, body surface remperature, the autonomic nerve quotiety,VAS scores were no statistical significance (P>0.05),so they were comparable.2.Two groups comparison after intervention:After the experimental group and the control group were taken different intervention scheme,there was statistical significance of the deficiency cold scale each component scores, body surface remperature, the autonomic nerve quotiety,VAS scores (P<0.05).Those differences suggest that the curative effect is different between Chinese herb pediluvium and warm water pediluvium taken in three different TCM syndrome types of deficieney cold pattern patients.3.Within group comparison before and after intervention:Before and after experimental group was taken Chinese herb pediluvium of dialectical implementation,there was statistical significance in the deficiency cold scale scores,body surface remperature, the autonomic nerve quotiety,VAS scores (P<0.05).And before and after control group was taken warm water pediluvium,there was statistical significance in the deficiency cold scale scores,body surface remperature(the hypogloeeis,the abdomen,the back,the waist,the left hand heart,the right hand back,the left foot heart,the right foot heart), the autonomic nerve quotiety,VAS scores (P<0.05), the rest of the body surface remperature hadn’t statistical significance (P<0.05).[Conclusions]1.After the two groups were respectively implemented different pediluvium schemes and comparison of the deficiency cold scale scores,the body surface remperature(the hypogloeeis,the chest),VAS scores,the experimental group decreased relatively more scores than those of control group. The rest of the body surface remperature and autonomic nerve quotiety,the experimental group increased relatively more scores than those of control group.It suggests that experimental group is better than control group in improvement of deficieney cold pattern symptoms,reduce the TCM symptoms score,raise the body remperature and the sympathetic nerve,so the Chinese herb pediluvium can improve curative effect of deficieney cold patternpatients.2.The pediluvium can improve curative effect of deficieney cold pattern patients’clinical symptoms, the TCM deficiency cold scale scores,VAS scores of experimental group and control group after intervention was fewer than before intervention, it illustrates that the differert pediluvium schemes both have curative effect for deficieney cold patternpatients.3.According to each component of the deficiency cold scale, the qualitative of primary symptom,the quantitative of primary symptom, the qualitative of general symptoms,the quantitative of general symptoms scores of experimental group reduced more than those of control group, it illustrates that Chinese herb pediluvium improve the deficieney cold pattern better than warm water pediluvium in four aspects:the qualitative of primary symptom,the quantitative of primary symptom, the qualitative of general symptoms,the quantitative of general symptoms.4.Through the application of Chinese herb pediluvium in deficieney cold patternpatients, it has effectively improved the life quality and health level of the deficieney cold pattern patients and also promoted the application of Chinese herb pediluvium. |
