Objective:To observe the walking in patients with hemiplegia after stroke knee hyperextension of the knee joint control by strengthening training, and observation of patients with hemiplegic gaitis corrected, whether can improve the walking ability.Methods:64patients were randomly divided into2groups,32cases in each of the treatment group(the treatment of control group+the knee joint control by strengthening training)and control group (Electro acupuncture+conventional rehabilitation training). Before and after4weekstreatment evaluation with the angle of knee joint, TUGT time, the balance of Tinetti scale.10m maximum walking speed when the number of pedestrian knee hyperextension and the lower extremity function of Fugl-Meyer scoreResults:After4weeks of treatment, the effective rate of treatment group96.88%, the effective rate of control group84.38%.There was significant difference between two groups (X2=5.080, P<0.05). After4weeks of treatment, the differences were statistically significant in the angle of knee joint, TUGT time, the balance of Tinetti scale,10m maximum walking speed when the number of pedestrian knee hyperextension and the lower extremity function of Fugl-Meyer score (P<0.05).Conclusion:The knee joint control training can improve the knee hyperextension status of walking in patients with hemiplegia after stroke, correct the abnormal gait, improve the walking ability.
