| ObjectiveExploring a assessment method by using the tonifying kidney-soothing the liver-regulating chong method for the in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer’s failurer before they entering the cycle of Superovulation.MethodsSelect the IVF-ET failurer who is in Kidney deficiency and Liver depression of TCM. this study treatment group by using the tonifying kidney-soothing the liver-regulating chong as a regulating method.Follicular phase taking kidney (1) party, Ovulation taking Liver Recipe promoting blood①, luteal phase party taking kidney (2).Using the method of before and after the treatment of self-control Observing the before and after treatment in patients with TCM syndrome integral, endometrial thickness, endometrial implantation area blood flow spectrum, uterine artery blood flow spectrum and bilateral ovary blood flow spectrum. Observing the before and after treatment in patients of IVF failure≤2times and IVF failure>2times with endometrial thickness, endometrial implantation area blood flow spectrum, uterine artery blood flow spectrum. Observing the before and after treatment in patients of entering cycle and unentering cycle endometrial thickness, endometrial implantation area blood flow spectrum.Results1. Patients before and after the treatment kidney liver depression symptoms integral, TCM syndrome curative effect, single symptom integral comparison, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).2. Increase in endometrial thickness compared before and after treatment the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).3. After treatment of endometrial implantation zone flow spectrum PSV, PSV spectrum of uterine artery blood flow increased over the previous endometrial implantation zone bloodstream RI, PI, uterine artery flow spectrum RI, PI decreased compared with the previous, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).4.Around before and after treatment of ovarian artery blood flow spectrum PSV, RI, PI, statistically significant difference (P<0.05).5. After the failure of IVF treatment1times higher than the uterus after a failed IVF endometrial thickness≥2times the treatment of patients with endometrial thickness, endometrial blood flow under PSV, PSV mean uterine artery blood flow increase in endometrial blood flow under the RI, PI mean decrease, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05)6. entering the cycle’s patients’s endometrial thickness, endometrial blood flow under PSV increased, decreased subendocardial blood flow RPI, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05)7. entering the cycle’s patients’s contrast to unentering the cycle’s patients’s the endometrial thickness, endometrial blood flow under PSV increased, decreased subendocardial blood flow RPI, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05)Conclusion1.The tonifying kidney-soothing the liver-regulating chong method can improve the clinical symptoms of liver stagnation.2. The tonifying kidney-soothing the liver-regulating chong method can improve patients’ endometrial thickness, endometrial implantation zone flow spectrum. |
