Objective: To investigate the observed group of patients whether have a significantdifference by the classification of different diseases, referring to the foreign literaturenormal lumbar spine-pelvis parameters;Analysis the lumbar fixation-changes in theparameters of lumbar fusion surgery in patients with, observe whether surgery on havean effect on the lumbar spine-pelvis parameters change, take surgical treatment ofpatients for statistical analysis,Provide a theoretical support for the prevention andsurgical treatment of lumbar degenerative diseases.Method: From January2012to december2013,98cases were involved in theresearch,60cases were simple lumbar disc herniation,19cases were lumbar SpinalStenosis,19cases were lumbar spondylolisthesis. All patients were divided relateddiseases groups depending on the patient’s lumbar degenerative, measureing all patientslumbar-pelvic parameters,And again observed lumbar-pelvic parameters and JOAscore, ODI score and QLS-DSD score lumbar of degenerative patients who had lumbarfusion surgery, and analysis satistical.Result: After grouping research, lumbar disc herniation, lumbar lumbar spinal stenosisand lumbar spondylolisthesis patients-the pelvic parameters and domestic literaturereference values differ from the normal population, including patients with lumbar discherniation LL and SS significantly reduced; lumbar spondylolisthesis the PT, PI and LLsignificantly reduced, were statistically significant (P <0.05); treatment after lumbarfusion, spondylolisthesis LL surgery increased significantly, with statistical significance(P <0.05), all the other groups parameters slightly changed, but not statisticallysignificant (P>0.05); significantly improve the integration of clinical symptoms before and after surgery by JOA, ODI evaluation, improvement after surgery (P <0.05),QLS-DSD surgery with statistically significant the presence of significant differencebefore and after the score (P <0.05); correlation analysis in patients with lumbarspondylolisthesis LL change the amount of the change in the QLS-DSD found a positivecorrelation (r=0.757; p <0.001); function with ODI Rating change no correlation (r=0.302,; p>0.05).Conclusions: Lumbar spine and pelvis as a special adjacent motion segment, maintainthe balance of the entire spine and compensatory play an important role; Variousdegenerative diseases and lumbar-pelvic parameters were significantly abnormalrelationship, can prevent and treatment the disease by the abnormal parameterizedlumbar spinal fusion surgery as a main clinical treatment of sagittal reconstruction, Theresult is very obvious, the quality of life for patients have improved significantly.Clinicians needs to seriously consider lumbar-pelvic parameters influencing factors inthe diagnosis and treatment of diseases of the lumbar spine.
