With the development of the Traditional Chinese Medicine database, the research and analysis and discipline summary of numerous databases are so badly needed that it can be quickly transformed into information and knowledge. DM is the most important way to acquire knowledge. DM, which is functioned as a newly overlapped subject with the combination of other subjects, and which is a frontier technology, an effective way to dispose the information of traditional TCM case. Nowadays, people have been working on the preprocessing of TCM data, such as data acquisition, data structure standardization and data coding. So it is important to use these valuable medical information resources to develop Chinese medicine. The clinical experience of the prominent traditional TCM doctors can be further discussed. The clinical differentiation of DM can be also comprehensively investigated. We abstract the new theory, new knowledge, new method in the TCM data, consequently, the prominent TCM clinical experience could be effectively passed on and summarized.This issues applies DM, combines with the process of gastritis remedy, pre-uses the data of primitive cases of gastritis, make data structures into standardization, utilizes both association rules and classification system, discusses and researches, the arithmetic and the multilayer applied model. This issue achieves some progress and finds the relationship between gastritis symptom and prescription, and also makes policy about remedy. Most of the association rules are confirmed by Chinese medicine experts, which accorded with the law "Symotom-Syndrome-Prescription". Through the experiment, I got the treatment of gastritis dialectical decision tree, although relatively rough, it confirmed to the discipline of TCM diagnosis and treatment of gastritis. At the same time, I extracted valuable classification rules, ie, IF-THEN statement.The experiment of mining finds some valuable experience of traditional Chinese medicine experts, provides valuable theoretical basis for TCM gastritis diagnosis and treatment.The issue builds a scientific net platform of the theoretical research on gastritis, increases both quality and quantity in the data. The correlative result of this can provide reserved foundation in the treatment of the gastritis.
