Grade one students had26.4%of the lowest neglect rate and48.03±9.78of neglect score. The senior grade threehad the highest neglect rate with46.3%. The senior grade two had the highest neglectscore with51.89±8.98. Neglect rate of students from only child family and multi child family were35.1%and37.4%,respectively, and correspording neglect score were49.65±9.93and51.28±9.36, respectively.students from multi child family have higherneglect score than that of students from only child fanlily. There were significantdifferences in neglect rate and score among students with different character(P<0.05).The neglect rate and score of introverted students were47.9%and53.22±11.24,respectively. The neglect rate and score of students with poor performancewere52.0%and53.54±10.86,respectively. There were significant differences in neglectrate and degree among students with different performance level (P<0.05). Thedifference were statistical significant in neglect rate and score among students fromdifferent parents’ educational background, parents’ careers, family types and familyincome(P<0.05). Social neglect rate had the highest neglect rate with18.1%. Medicalneglect rate had the lowest neglect rate with3.2%and highest neglect degree with56.39±17.85.
