Abstract/Summary:
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of the treatment of post-traumatic syndrome with acupuncture the mainly acupoint of neck,and the improvement in the assessment of the scale of melancholia self-assessment, and the improvement in the blood flow rate of vertebral-basilar artery in TCD.Methods This research used randomized controlled trail. Ninety-two patients with diagnosis and criteria of moderate to post-traumatic syndrome who visited or be hospitalized in Taizhou Hospital during January2013to December2013are randomly divided into1:1ratio according to treatment group and control group,46patients each. Treatment group were all treated with acupuncture the mainly acupoint of neck, three times a week, with Continuous treatment about four weeks; Control group were all treated with taking piracetam tablets, every time0.8grams, three times a day, with Continuous treatment about four weeks. After the end of treatment,we will evaluate the clinical curative effect of the treatment of each group, and evaluate the effect with the quantization table, and evaluate the improvement in the blood flow rate of vertebral-basilar artery in TCD.Result (1)After the treatment, the total effective rate of the treatment group and control group are90.5%and62.8%respectively (P<0.05);â‘¡The score of the scale of melancholia self-assessment of both methods decrease significantly than before (P<0.01), but treatment group better than control group(P<0.05).â‘¢The blood flow rate of Vpeak and Vedv of vertebral-basilar artery has significant increased afte the treatment in the treatment group (P<0.01),while there is no obvious change in the control group (P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical curative effect of the treatment group with acupuncture is better than control group with taking piracetam tablets, and the improvement in symptoms of depression, and the improvement in the blood flow rate of vertebral- basilar artery in TCD are both better than control group with taking piracetam tablets.
