Objective:This study aims to build on postoperative pain management strategies with evidence-based method, which is conducive to the entire hospital postoperative pain management. Covering the entire perioperative process, it provides scientific based management practices for managers, so as to achieve the hospital management of no-pain.Methods:By searching PubMed, Cochrane, EBSCO, CINAHL, Medline, Elsevier Science Direct and other foreign language database, and retrieving CBM, VIP and other Chinese database, a lot of papers have been collected. With the United States Hopkins level of evidence and quality assessment method for grading and quality literature assessment, summed up the measures of postoperative pain management, and measures of preliminary postoperative pain management through the group discussion. Using Delphi expert consultation, in accordance with the five graded Likert scale method, evaluated the importance and operability of the initial formation of the index entries.31experts from Zhejiang Province had been consulted, and some strategies of postoperative pain management were obtained. Using experts positive coefficient, authoritative coefficient, coefficient of variation, coordination factor and other indicators, tested the reliability and representation of the expert advices.Results:Constructed32indicators of postoperative pain management strategy, contains team management, assessment and intervention. Positive coefficient of two expert advice were91.2%and100%, the authority of experts coefficients were0.85, the coefficient of variation after two of the indicators of the importance of expert advice to0.04-0.20operability coefficient of variation was0.08-0.23, were less than0.3.Conclusions:Constructed32measures encompass three dimensions of postoperative pain management as well as established the structure and meaning of each indicator. The positive outcome of the expert consultation coefficient, authority coefficient and variation coefficient provided the high representation and reliability of expert advice.
