ObjectRetrospective analysis the effect of local resection in duodenal papilla benign tumors, explore the security and feasibility.MethodsThe clinical data of18cases of local resection in duodenal papilla benign tumors during January,2000to December,2013were analyzed retrospectively.ResultsOne case occured gastroplegia and infection of incision. One case occured pancreatic leak. There were no complications of bile leak, bleeding, bile duct stricture and other complications.ConclusionsLocal resection in duodenal papilla benign tumors will achieve good outcomes.It is safety and feasible.
