Generally it’s not easy to damage, but after the ureteral defects due to various reasons, ureteral replacement is very difficult.With the development and extensive application of endoscopic technology, the occurrence of severe ureteral injury shows a increased trend. Caused by the ureteroscopic operation, the long period of ureter mucosa avulsion and long, or even the entire ureteral defect also occur frequently. In the anorectal surgery, gynecology, tumor surgery the partial ureter resection is becoming more and more common in the anorectal and gynecology surgery,. Domestic and foreign scholars in this field, all committed to the innovation on operation, or focus on the study of alternative materials, trying to find the best surgical method and ideal alternative materials. And how to maintain or recover renal function has always been a difficulty.ObjectiveDiscuss the method and curative effect of ureteral substitution by movable bladder flap in the treatment of ureteral long segment defect. MethodsUreteral substitution by movable bladder flap were retrospectively analyzed for the clinical curative effect of3cases of ureteral long segment defect.Defect length is22cm,15cm and14cm respectively.ResultSurgery are successful in3cases.. Operation time is120min、90min、60min respectively, average of90min. Postoperative drainage tube was removed5to12days after the surgery.3cases were primary healing of incision. After2weeks review of normal serum creatinine and urea nitrogen index, double J stent was taken out after8to12weeks. The renal function is normal in3cases followed up for6months-1year. There is no ureteral significantly regurgitation by postoperative bladder imaging of and the bladder form is fine.ConclusionsUreteral substitution by movable bladder flap is a ideal therapy in long ureter replacement treatment, which has high popularize value.
