Objective: To investigate the relationship between the changes of serum cystain C andprediction and adverse pregnant outcomes in preeclampsiaMethods: A retrospective study was performed in50Han people and Uighur people withnormal late pregnancy, respectively. The mild preeclampsia group was consisted of52Han people and49Uighur people. The severe preeclampsia group was consisted of45Han people and50Uighur people. All cases were measured CC,SBP,DBPBUN,Cr,24-hours urinary protein. The difference in CC of the patients with preeclampsiagroup and control group were compared. The clinical data and the adverse pregnancyoutcome of the patients with preeclampsia in different severity and different outcome ofpregnancy were analysed. Results:The SBP,CC level in preeclampsia group was higher than in the control group(P<0.05). The level of SBP, CC in mild preeclampsia group was obviously lower than insevere group(P<0.05). There was no statistical significance compared Uygur and Hanethnic in the differences of CC (P>0.05). The incidence of oligohydramnios, placentalabruption, fetal growth restriction and HELLP syndrome in the mild preeclampsia groupwas lower than in the severe group(P<0.05).The level of CC in the adverse pregnancyoutcome group were higher than in the good outcome pregnancy group (P<0.05).Conclusion: The CC level of the preeclampsia patients was higher than the controlgroup, which is related to disease severity of preeclampsia and adverse pregnantoutcomes....
