Antimicrobial Effect Of A Kind Of New Type Of Antibacterial Peptide Complexes On Helicobacter Pylori In Vitro

Objective:to discuss in vitro inhibition effect of a kind of new type of antibacterial peptide complexes on H.pylori.Methods:(1) making susceptibility paper of new type of antibacterial peptide complexes, measured the antimicrobial peptide complexes in vitro inhibition of H.pylori and determine the scope of the zone of inhibition in different pH.(2) combined with commonly used antibiotics susceptibility testing, antimicrobial peptide complexes with common antibiotics such as amoxicillin,levofloxacin, clarithromycin, to assess the susceptibility paper suppression H.pylori bacteria commonly used anti-drugs ring and inhibition zone.(3) Comparison with Susceptibility paper before and after soaking in the weight difference, calculate the average increases the weight of each drug sensitive piece of paper, combined with drug concentration is calculated for every piece of susceptibility paper actual weight of drugs, and comparing with the commonly used drug sensitive piece of paper.Results:In pH=7, pH=5, pH=2, the antibacterial peptide compounds in0.1%to1.0%concentration of drug susceptibility paper has good bacteriostasis in vitro;Associated with the commonly used antibiotics susceptibility experiment did not see obvious antagonism effect;Compared before and after soaked for every piece of susceptibility paper weight is about139.21g,0.1%effective calculation about10μg containing antibacterial peptide, and the content of the commonly used drug sensitive piece of paper in the same order of magnitude.Conclusion:The antibacterial peptide complexes in various pH conditions were good in vitro, for clinical cure H.pylori provide a new reference...
