objective To compare the clinical effect of Quadrant minimally invasive spine channel with simple traditional open surgery in simple thoracolumbar fractures.Method We collected57patients who suffered from the Simple thoracolumbar fractures and treated with Internal fixation from January2010to January2013.This patients were randomly divided into two groups:the minimally invasive group of27cases,using Quadrant minimally invasive spine channel and the open surgery group of30cases.We compared the two groups of operation time, intraoperative blood loss, hospitalization days,VSA score, and the cobb Angle of preoperation and postoperation. Results The minimally invasive group have obvious advantages in incision length, hospitalization days and VAS score(P<0.05).There are no obvious difference in the cobb angle of postoperation in the two group.(P>0.05). Conclusion In the case of selecting indications reasonably, compared with the Traditional open surgery, the Quadrant minimally invasive spine channel opertion have advantages in small incision pain, shorter hospitalization time, light Pain, etc.It is a kind of operation method that worth promoting.
