| Object:Studying the first exon of C/EBPα mutation in cervical cancer tissues of Uigur women inXinjiang.Mainy analying of the first exon of C/EBPα mutation and infection level of HPV16in cervicalcancer tissues. Lay the groundwork for future research of cervical cancer.Methods:46cervical cancer samples of Uigur women were collected, the first exon of C/EBPα genemutation was detected by gene sequencing method and HPV16virus infection was analyzed by PCRamplification. RT-PCR analy the mRNAof C/EBPα in cervical cancer tissues of Uigur women in Xinjiang.Results:(1)71cervical cancer HPV16virus infection is63.38%. The first exon of C/EBPα mutationcervical cancer HPV16virus infection rate is79.17%and non-mutation group, HPV16virus infection rateis55.32%. The results showed that patients with the first exon of C/EBPα gene mutation had higherHPV16infection rate. And compared with non-mutation group, HPV16virus infection rate was significantincrease in the first exon of C/EBPα gene mutation patients (P<0.05).(2) Normal tissues have hinghermRNA of C/EBPα expression than cervical cancer tissues’.(3) Non-mutation group have hingher mRNAof C/EBPα expression than mutation group in cervical cancer tissues’.Conclusion:(1) cervical cancer tissues have lower mRNA of C/EBPα expression than Normal tissues’.(2)The results showed that patients with the first exon of C/EBPα gene mutation had higher HPV16infection rate.(3)The first exon of C/EBPα gene mutation maybe effects of the expression of C/EBPα.(4)The first exon of C/EBPα gene mutation may be lead to cervical cancer. |
