ObjectiveThis study intends to use the conventional software and ventricularangiography Contrast LVO software, observe the differences of two states ofventricular cavity development, to observe hemodynamic changes of left heartchamber, and to enhance the value of LVO.MethodsSelective coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction,DCM, hypertrophiccardiomyopathy acoustic conditions is poorer and normal person, a total of19cases, respectively, for ordinary echocardiography and conventionalechocardiography in software and ventricular angiography Contrast LVOsoftware technology condition, for human blood albumin perfluorocarbonpropane left ventricular angiography examination. Compare the two methods ofchecking software imaging applications all similarities and differences influorine propane imaging of left heart chamber.ResultSoftware application Contrast LVO microglobulin injection,injection ofperfluorinated propane subjects left heart chamber imaging homogeneously dotimaging,no flow phenomenon,cannot be effectively shows left heart cavityblood flow dynamic change,but can clearly reflect the endocardial border.Application of normal adult cardiac imaging software,injection of perfluorinatedpropane microglobulin injection,the subjects of left heart cavity flow imaging isuneven enhancement phenomena, could look at the blood flow of left heartcavity flow phenomenon,which can effectively reflect the hemodynamic changes of left heart chamber,but not clearly reflect the endocardial border.Comparing two kinds of software was applied to the left ventricle cavityhemodynamic changes reflect,compare the two methods (2=38, P <0.01).ConclusionsApplication regular adult cardiac imaging software, human blood albuminperfluorocarbon propane injection left cardiac imaging,can intuitively reflectthe hemodynamic changes of left heart chamber,can explain the differentcondition of cardiac function. Application Contrast LVO softwaredevelopment,can not directly reflect the hemodynamic changes of left heartchamber. Can enhance the resolution of left ventricular lining,can make up forthe inadequacy of conventional echocardiography. The research method is safeand reliable.
