Objective: By no cognitive impairment, mild cognitive impairment, mild dementiapatients clinical data research, analysis of risk factors affecting cognitive function, evaluation of TCM comprehensive intervention on vascular cognitive dysfunctioneffectiveness, as well as early vascular cognitive dysfunction found that early prevention, provide the basis for improving the prognosisMethods: In this study, Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of TraditionalChinese Medicine, the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of TraditionalChinese Medicine Hospital and Jinan City in September2011-June2013inpatient oroutpatient diagnosed by CT or MRI stroke, duration of2weeks~360patients6months ofthe study. Based on cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage diagnostic criteria, combinedwith auxiliary scale, develop inclusion and exclusion criteria, according to the briefmental scales, Montreal Cognitive Assessment score, screened200cases of non-cognitive dysfunction, mild recognition known disorder group90cases,70cases of milddementia group, randomized case-control study, patients were included in theintervention group or a no-intervention group, stratified management, health educationintervention and health promotion, health education without the intervention group. Eachof the three groups of patients stratified general information, vascular risk factors and onthe MMSE, MOCA, heart disease, peripheral symptoms included in the initial result, sixmonths after the visit of the comparative analysis. Excel tables on the information input toestablish a database, using the relevant statistics SPSS19.0statistical software for dataanalysis using χ2test based on the type of data, t test, rank sum test, correlation analysis, descriptive statistics of TCM syndrome calculation. Test level of α=0.05.Results: The study population included general information, vascular risk factors, found that women, the elderly, low education level, history of alcohol consumption maybe a factor leading to cognitive decline;Neuropsychological analysis of TCM symptomsaspect, a brief analysis of the spirit of the scale, at the time the patient orientation, immediate memory, computing power, memory power, language naming power, languageretelling force, copying force out other aspects of the intervention to increase the amountof effective; Montreal scale analysis, patients in the total score, naming, delayed recall, orientation, aspect of attention, executive function space and interventions markedly; coresymptoms, mild cognitive impairment, mild dementia group interventions markedly;peripheral symptoms, mild cognitive impairment group intervention markedly. Conclusion: Preliminary research suggests that women, the elderly, low educationlevel, history of alcohol consumption may be factors that lead to cognitive decline;analysis of neuropsychology, syndromes, layered interventions for mild dementia groupeffect is obvious, no recognition cognitive disorders, mild cognitive impairment groupimprovement in the different floors in different scales. Integrated TCM intervention canimprove cognitive function and improve daily living skills, improve core symptoms, peripheral symptoms of vascular cognitive impairment curative.
