| Objective:The purpose of this study was to observe the clinical curative effect ofJianzhongyuyangtang(JZYYT) in the treatment of deficiency type of Duodenal Ulcer(DU),and to explore the effect mechanism of JZYYT in treating this disease from the aspects oftheory and clinical research in two.Methods: This study would be consistent with the60DU patients in the standardcases, using a randomized, balanced, were divided randomly into two groups, experimentalgroup30patients were treated with JZYYT, water simmer in Water300ml, daily a agent,divided two times clothes;30cases in control group were given Xiaojianzhong capsules,0.8mg/time (2tablets per time),3times a day, taking0.5hours after meals. Two groupsof patients are in4weeks as a course of treatment, a course of treatment for. To observethe clinical efficacy of two groups of patients, and the cured patients were followed up for6months, to observe the long-term curative effect.Results: The results showed that the experimental group the total efficiency is86.67%, control group in the total efficiency was63.33%, the curative effects of twogroups were analyzed by Ridit, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05),suggesting that the total effect of experimental group was better than control group.Conclusion:The efficacy of JZYYT in treating deficiency type DU significantly, andthe drug is safe and reliable, worthy of further clinical study. |
