Effect Of Elixirs Quadruple Therapy On TCM Syndrome Type Of Hp-associated Duodenal Ulcer

Objective:To observe the bismuth quadruple therapy for Hp-associated duodenal ulcer before and after the change of TCM syndrome type,to explore the bismuth quadruple thera py on TCM syndrome changes.Methods:Including 2017 February-2018 February Visit to the Second People's Hospital of F ujian Pro vince spleen and stomach disease clinic and ward diagnosed as duodenal ulc er and Hp-positive in 120 cases,to Esophageal omeprazole enteric-coated Tablets 20m g bid+furazolidone tablets O.lg bid+clarithromycin tablets 0.5g bid+bismuth potassium citrate particles 220mg bid to eradicate Hp,the total course of 14 days.Before and af ter the eradication of Hp patients were collected four diagnostic data and dialectical cl assification,and finally using SPSS 20.0 for statistical analysis,P<0.05 means the dif ference was statistically significant.Result:1.This study found that the distribution pattern of TCM syndrome before treatment of Hp-associated duodenal ulcer liniment quadruple therapy:Spleen-stomach Damp-heat syndrome>Hepatogastric disharmony>Stomach complex syndrome>Spleen and stomach weakness(Cold)syndrome>Stomach Yin deficiency,Empirical>Deficiency.2.This study found that the distribution pattern of TCM syndromes after treatment of Hp-associated duodenal ulcers and sputum quadruple therapy:spleen-stomach weakness(cold)syndrome>liver-stomach disharmony>spleen-stomach Damp-heat syndrome>stomach yin deficiency syndrome = stomach complex Stagnation card>Other,Deficiency>Empirical.3.The spleen-stomach damp-heat syndrome and spleen-stomach weak(cold)syndrome had significant differences before and after treatment with sputum and sputum tetramyelopathy.The patients with spleen-stomach dampness-heat syndrome decreased after treatment,and the patients with spleen-stomach weak(cold)syndrome increased after treatment.The results had statistics meaning.4.Before and after treatment of sputum quadruple therapy,there was a significant difference in the distribution of virtual evidence,and the patients with asthenia syndrome increased after treatment compared with before treatment,and the empirical patients had a statistically significant decrease after treatment compared with before treatment.5.There is a significant difference in the eradication of Hp in virtual evidence,and it is more difficult to eradicate a virtual card than an empirical one.6.The quadruple therapy for expectorants showed an eradication rate of 93.75%for H.pylori,66.67%for H.pylori eradication,and 88.33%for H.pylori eradication.Conclusion:1.The traditional Chinese medicine syndromes in the treatment of Hp-associated duodenal ulcers have been changed by lanthanum tetramer therapy,and the change pattern has changed from an empirical to a deficiency syndrome.The spleen deficiency(cold)syndrome has been treated with lanthanum tetramine therapy.Patients had more pre-treatment than before treatment.2.Deficiency is more difficult to eradicate Hp than empirical evidence.
