Objeetive: Observe and evaluate the clinical efficacy of Zaobiqing inprimary Sjogren’s syndrome by controlled trial. And as a basis to guideclinical treatment. Methods: A randomized way into the group of60patientswere randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Under thepremise of not changing the lifestyle, Zaobiqing and Tripterygium Glycosideswere given treatment. To three months for a course, after a course of treatmentefficacy statistics. Respectively, were observed and compared from the SSDAI、TCM syndrome score and Laboratory markers aspects. Results: In total clinicalefficiency, Zaobiqing treatment group, the total effective rate was85.7%.Tripterygium glycosides control group, the total efficiency of60%. InTCM syndrome score,Zaobiqing for improving the clinical symptoms with goodresults. In terms of physical and chemical indicators improve, two groups allHave different degrees of improvement in ESR and lgG, lgM and lgA aftertreatment. The immunology laboratory markers numerical comparison groupshowed no differences between the two groups of patients change aftertreatment (P>0.05). Conclusions: Observe the results of this study indicatethat Zaobiqing in improving clinical symptoms and physical and chemicalindicators have better clinical efficacy, regulate immune function andInflammation inhibiting effect.
