| Objective: To observe the endoscopic resection of gastric stromal tumors (GST) therapeuticeffect.Methods: Retrospective analysis of January,2009to September,2012in our departmentduring endoscopic resection of gastric stromal tumor (36cases) in patients with clinical data.Among them,16patients were treated with endoscopic full-thickness resection of gastric wall(EFTR),20cases of endoscopic mucosal resection (ESD), tumor tissue after resection weresent for pathological examination. Respectively after3、6months of endoscopy, endoscopicultrasonography, observe whether complete resection of tumor and whether there is arecurrence or metastasis. Through the statistical analysis of two groups of gastricstromaltumor patients after complete resection rate, recurrence rate and the incidence ofcomplications,to explore the clinical efficacy of gastric stromal tumor therapy underendoscopy.Results:16patients received EFTR treatment in patients with gastrointestinal stromal tumorof the tumor were totally removed,1patients showed pneumoperitoneum in transperitonealpuncture exhaust, recovered after conservative treatment, the Department of internal medicineafter recovery. ESD treatment of20cases with gastric stromal tumor the tumor were totallyremoved, patients intraoperative perforation, titanium clips closure after conservativetreatment, the Department of internal medicine after recovery. Patients in the two groupsrespectively at third,6months after the endoscopy, endoscopic ultrasonography, were notfound recurrence and metastasis.Conclusion:1endoscopic resection of gastric stromal tumor is safe and reliable, andcan complete excision of the lesion, endoscopic resection of gastric stromal tumor curativeeffect is better;2endoscopic treatment of gastric stromal tumor, mostly one-time completeresection of lesions, providing complete pathological diagnosis data, to achieve the effectof surgical operation the same;3endoscopic treatment of stomach stromal tumor,minimallyinvasive, less suffering economic. |
