Studies On Quality Standards Of Xiao’er Qingfei Keli And On The Chemical Constituents Of Eclipta Prostrata

In this paper, seven compounds were isolated by extracting the active ingredients of it, and theirstructures were identified based on modern chromatographic techniques, and this paper is toprovide separation of Eclipta direction.Xiao’er Qingfei Keli is an exclusive four class of drugs, which by the majority of parents and childrenalike. The establishment of quality standards is very important in protecting the national brandof medicinal drugs. This thesis improves the quality standard of Xiao’er Qingfei Keli by TLC method, andthe content of Fritillaria in Xiao’er Qingfei Keli were determined by HPLC-ELSD method, this methodprovide a scientific basis and method for further improving the quality of Xiao’er Qingfei Keli. It providesa reference for the national medicine.Fritillaria delavayi Franch., is one of the main sources of medicinal Fritillaria, it has a heat lungs,lung and other effects. The price of Fritillaria delavayi Franch. is very low, so it is widely used intraditional Chinese medicine, such as Xiao’er Qingfei Keli, Niuhuang Shedan Chuanbei Ye, FufangChuanbei Mupian. By HPLC-ELSD method, two kinds of specific component of furnace inFritillaria were detected at the same time in order to optimize the detection method, to reduce the detectiontime and to improve the test efficiency. This method guarantees the quality of Fritillaria delavayi Franch.of Xiao’er Qingfei Keli main source of medicinal herbs.
